I subscribed to the same podcast I had in Podcast app. And then I removed the Podcast App. When you do that all data is deleted too. Slightly off topic, do you have a suggestion for a podcast app for intel Macs Overcast seems to be for Apple M1 chips only?

From Now Playing, swipe up and tap the Sleep Timer button. To play to a speaker, tap the playback destination button and choose which device your audio plays to.
Follow or unfollow podcast shows To learn when new episodes are released, find and follow the shows that you love. Follow a podcast show Browse or search for a show in the Apple Podcasts app. Tap the show to see its information page. Tap the add button. New episodes will automatically download for free, and you'll get a notification as they become available.
Unfollow a podcast show Tap a show to see its information page. Tap the more button. Choose Unfollow Show. Play episodes in order or play the newest episode first Go to the podcast's information page. Tap the more button , then tap Settings. Tap "Oldest to Newest" or "Newest to Oldest. Download podcast episodes Find an episode in your library, or you can browse or search for an episode. Touch and hold on the episode. Usually, setting OpenDNS — which is an extremely popular DNS service — can help resolve connectivity issues that prevent the Podcasts app from working properly.
Then, enter the following DNS servers into the slots below and tap Save. If the Podcasts app struggles to perform downloads in the background, confirm that it has the permissions necessary to use the iPhone's Background App Refresh functionality.
